9/28/2013 – Run with a Shelter Dog

Come join us on 9/28/13, Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m., at Great Plains SPCA in Merriam to run some of their high energy shelter dogs. This is a great way to volunteer AND get your Saturday morning run in at the same time! All you have to do is show up, dressed to run (or walk) and we’ll provide the dog, leash and clean up bags. If you can RSVP through our KC Dog Runners Facebook Event post, all the better so we can give the shelter an idea of how many dogs to have ready. You may still come even if you don’t RSVP!
