Personal Training – KC Dog Runners style.

Perfect for someone who is not naturally a runner or in the habit of regular exercise and would like to lose weight.  We will come to your home and take you for a run.  While out running through the city, we will talk about your goals and desires and various ways to achieve them.  We will talk about habits, diet, accountability, and probably more often than not, just life.  All the while, calories and pounds will melt away.

We can come to your home or work place over a lunch hour.  Personal training will take place Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.  All runs will be about an hour long.  For new runners we will work up to that time gradually.  If your schedule does not allow a full hour of running we will to as much as we can in the time you do have.
